DO 0.05S Oil – Quality according to Vietnamese standards

Basic standard TCCS 03:2015/PLX is a document that stipulates the technical requirements of Diesel Fuel Level IV (DO 0.05S) products approved by the General Director of Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) and announced for application under Decision No. 005/PLX-QD-TGĐ dated January 5, 2016.

This basic standard was amended and supplemented for the second time under Decision No. 681/PLX-QD-TGĐ dated November 20, 2017.

The quality indicators and corresponding testing methods of Diesel Fuel Level II (DO 0.05S) are specified as follows:
